I paid over one hundred dollars to have roses delivered on Valentine's Day to my girlfriend. The roses were delivered the day after Valentine's Day sans explanation. When I called to inquire about the delivery delay, the response from the store's owner was neither courteous nor professional. Obviously, I shall never use nor recommend this florist again.
