About Caribbean Flava

Caribbean Flavas' owner is originally from Kingston, Jamaica, who has brought to the mainland his Caribbean food "flavas" and recipes, heavily influenced by his mother. He uses only Caribbean cooks to prepare his daily fresh entrees including curry, jerk, and roti prepared chicken, goat, shrimp and other seafood.

Caribbean Flavas' offers authentic Jamaican dishes that feature seasonings of the Caribbean including ginger, chile pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic, onion and thyme and are prepared fresh daily. Additional spice may be added upon request if extra spicy if what you have in mind.
